This Privacy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to the Veryable Service and associated websites or Apps (sometimes referred to herein as the “Veryable Service”) and does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion.
By using the Veryable Service, we may request that you provide personal information, including your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and financial information. Moreover, there is information about your computer hardware and software that is or may be collected by us. This information can include without limitation your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses, but is not linked to your personal information. We also get information from your use of our services including how you use them. We also collect device information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number.
If you are a Content Provider within the Veryable Services, your access will require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. We will access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent. Additionally, as Content Providers, when you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses. For any User Generated Content that a Content Provider submits, we collect metadata information about the content.
By using the Veryable Service, we may also collect and store certain information in server logs, including details of how you used the Veryable Service, your viewing or uploading of user generated content, your IP address, device related information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Veryable Account, and your location information. Regarding IP Address and Clickstream Data, our server automatically collects data about your server’s Internet address when you visit us. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you’re on the Internet. When you request pages from our web site, our servers may log your IP Address and sometimes your domain name. Your IP Address is used to help identify you and to gather demographic information about our customers as a whole, but does not include personally identifiable information. Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us (e.g., another web site or a search engine); the portions of the Veryable Service you visited; the web site or App that you visit after using the Veryable Service.
By using the Veryable Service, you agree that we may collect and maintain financial data associated with your Veryable Vault account. We work with one or more third-party service providers, including Unit Finance Inc. (“Unit”), in connection with your Vault account. In particular, Unit may assist us in processing transactions, handing account operations, and providing technological connection to the Program Partner and the Bank. By using your Account, you license and authorize us to access information maintained by Unit and/or other third parties, on your behalf as your agent, and you expressly authorize such third parties to disclose your information to us.
We use the information we gather on the Veryable Service, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purpose of operating and improving the Veryable Service, fostering a positive user experience, and delivering the services that we offer. We may use your contact information in order to send you email or other communications regarding updates at the Veryable Service. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary depending upon the information we have about you. We also use the information that we gather for internal system administration, to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. Such information may also be used to gather demographic information, such as country of origin and Internet Service Provider. We may link this information with your Personal Information. More specifically, we use the information for the following purposes:
To provide the Veryable Service. Your personal data is used for the creation and security of your account, to identify you as a user in our system, to provide administration of the Veryable Service, to send you an e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided by you when your account was created, to send you administrative e-mail notifications, to perform a background check, to send you alerts you have configured, and to send you promotional communications.
To improve the Veryable Service. We use the information you provide to develop and test new products and features on our mobile application and related services, and improve our current products and features, and to advertise the Veryable Service to you and other users.
For safety and security. We use some personal data to enhance our security in our mobile application, websites, platform, and related services.
For marketing and advertising. We use information we receive from you through your activity on our websites, mobile application, platform, and related services or any other information or content you provide to us or permit us to receive or access to improve our affiliate marketing services, targeting, and measurement, so that we can provide you or other current or potential users with a personalized experience.
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, or your combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of the Veryable Service, except as follows: We disclose information to third parties that provide services on our behalf, including hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, and providing customer service. These companies and individuals may have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions and can share such information in accordance with their privacy policies"
Authorized service providers. We may share your personal data with service providers that are authorized by us and perform services on our behalf, including background checks, payment processing, customer support, web hosting, information technology, fraud control, direct mail and email distribution, events, contest, sweepstakes and promotion administration, marketing, and analytics services. We may also share personal data that is aggregated or de-identified information with authorized third parties for legitimate business purposes. We may also use the information you provide to support research and innovation on topics of public interest and importance including providing work opportunities to individuals with criminal backgrounds.
We will disclose information to one or more third-party service providers, including Unit Finance Inc. (“Unit”), in connection with your Vault account or the transfers you make:
-Where it is necessary for completing the transaction
-To verify the existence and condition of your account with us (such as to confirm that sufficient funds are available to cover specific transactions) upon the request from a third party (such as a credit bureau or merchant)
-To comply with government agency or court orders
-If you give us your written permission

Businesses using the Veryable Service. We will not share any company specific information as it relates to product information, part numbers, labor usage, and similar information. Business information will be depicted through the Veryable Service exactly as input from the business for public consumption.
We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Veryable if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to (1) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; (2) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations (3) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (4) Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Veryable, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
The Veryable Service may contain electronic images known as Web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) that allow us to count users who have visited those pages. Web beacons are not used to access your personally identifiable information; they are a technique we use to compile aggregated statistics about our Web site usage. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides. You may not decline web beacons, however, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or modifying your browser setting to notify you each time a cookie is tendered and permit you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis. Third parties are not permitted to use Web beacons on the Veryable Service. We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
The Veryable Service may provide account holders limited access to or the ability to modify your personal information. Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.
Deactivate your account and data deletion. You may deactivate your account and request data deletion by sending us a message at support@veryableops.com. While your account is deactivated, you will not be able to use the Veryable Service, including accessing your account, using our mobile application, or using our platform. If at any point you want to reactivate your account, just contact us at support@veryableops.com.
Although we would like to keep all Users of the Veryable Service, sometimes Users choose to stop using the Veryable Service. Therefore, we may retain indefinitely some or all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of the Veryable Service more efficient, practical, and relevant.

We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. We may offer you a multi-step verification when you access your Veryable Account. We restrict access to your personal information to Veryable employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
The Veryable Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If we decide to materially change our Privacy Policy for the Veryable Service, we will post those changes through a prominent notice on the web site so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it. Although we welcome Veryable users from all over the world, no matter where you live or where you happen to use the Veryable Services, we operate our services from the United States. This means that we may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States and other countries whose local data-protection and privacy laws may offer fewer protections than those in your country of residence or from any country where you use or access the services.
